Ran 4.5 today around the track and then did a few minutes of ab work with the body conditioning class 
Sick to death of the rain, but it does make for cooler running weather so that is good!
Next race will be a little 5K in The Colony on July 4th mostly because it is just around the corner.
I'm still waiting for a break in the rain to get a run in. It won't stop! My 5K next week is is Dunedin, FL which is only about 1200 miles away. Are you doing any speedwork these days or just running on the track?

I'll trade you my 90+ degree sweltering heat for a little rain! I don't think I've ever sweated (is that a word) so much in my life as I have this week!

I agree!! I'm tired of all the rain! I may do flagpole hill on 4 July.
